Michele Burke

Managing Partner

Michele Burke is the Founder and Managing Partner of Alliance Benefit Solutions (ABS) in Red Bank, New Jersey, the boutique employee-benefits consultancy she launched in 2019. She oversees strategy, mentors a growing service team, and keeps ABS’s guiding motto— “we are here to help”—at the center of every client engagement.

With 28 years in the health-insurance and employee-benefits arena, Michele has advised hundreds of small and mid-size employers on cost-effective medical, dental, vision and ancillary plans.

Her background spans brokerage leadership and carrier-side underwriting, giving her a 360-degree view of plan design, ACA compliance and self-funded strategies. She currently serves as President of the Central New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), where she advocates for employer and consumer interests at both the state and federal level. Michele is also a frequent speaker on emerging benefits trends.

Away from the office she recharges by traveling, catching live concerts, and exploring the Jersey Shore with family and friends. Those experiences fuel her creativity and keeps her consistently delivering smart, tailored solutions.

Maureen Falco

Agency Manager

Maureen Falco is the Agency Manager at Alliance Benefit Solutions, where she leads day-to-day operations and serves as a hands-on liaison between clients and carriers. She plays a central role in onboarding new employer groups, guiding clients through the renewal process, and ensuring ABS’s signature high-touch service is delivered consistently across every case. Known for her organization and follow-through, Maureen helps both new and long-standing clients navigate their benefit programs with clarity and confidence.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and has supported growing businesses across a range of industries. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail make her a trusted resource for clients.

A lifelong learner and avid reader, Maureen enjoys spending time with her two grown children, relaxing with a good book, and playing a round of golf whenever the weather allows. Her calm, solution-oriented mindset is a steadying presence both inside and outside the office.

Joe Curreri

Senior Benefits Consultant

Joe Curreri is a Senior Benefits Consultant at Alliance Benefit Solutions, joining the Red Bank firm in 2021, spending decades on the brokerage side. He now steers strategic benefit planning for ABS’s largest employer groups—drawing on deep carrier relationships to secure competitive renewals and tailor “no one-size-fits-all” solutions.

Joe launched his insurance journey in New York City in the late 1970s and has spent 45-plus years refining his craft. That tenure has produced an extensive network of carrier partners and a reputation for service that outlasts market cycles; several of his original clients still rely on his guidance today.

From complex multi-plan designs to day-to-day claims advocacy, Joe’s seasoned perspective helps employers navigate an ever-changing benefits landscape with confidence.

Born and bred in Brooklyn, he now calls Monmouth County, NJ home. Off the clock you’ll find him soaking up time with family, especially his toddler granddaughter—reliving NYC streetball days with a friendly stickball game or fronting a rock-and-roll/pop cover band at local venues along the Shore. Those passions keep his energy high and his client relationships refreshingly genuine.

Raymond “Ray” Tropiano

Benefits Consultant

Raymond “Ray” Tropiano is an Account Executive and Medicare Solutions Specialist at Alliance Benefit Solutions (ABS). Since joining the Red Bank–based firm in May 2020, he has partnered with small- and mid-size employers to build competitive group benefit packages while helping employees approaching 65 integrate Medicare with existing coverage.

Ray brings nearly a decade of client-facing business and benefits expertise, informed by earlier hands-on work in small-business management and a Business Management degree from Coastal Carolina University.

His consultative style and measurable savings for clients earned him the 2025 “Rising Star” award from NABIP’s Coastal Chapter. That blend of real-world operations insight and formal insurance training allows him to guide employers through compliance, renewal strategy, and Medicare coordination with clarity and confidence.

Now living in Manahawkin, NJ with his wife, Ray is a proud dad of two daughters. Away from the office, he enjoys family beach outings, community events along the Jersey Shore, and spending time on the water surfing and fishing—pastimes that keep his people-first approach fresh and relatable.

Oliuska “Oli” Waitt

Account Executive

Oliuska “Oli” Waitt is an Account Executive at Alliance Benefit Solutions, where she leads the day-to-day servicing of employer groups from onboarding through renewal. Drawing on her reputation as ABS’s resident “insurance problem-solving expert,” she untangles billing issues, shepherd’s enrollments, and resolves complex claims so clients can stay focused on running their businesses.

With 27 years in the health-insurance and employee-benefits arena, Oli has worked on both the carrier and brokerage sides, giving her a 360-degree view of plan design and cost-containment strategies.

She has guided organizations of all sizes through implementation and renewal negotiations. That breadth of expertise allows her to translate insurance jargon into clear, actionable guidance for employees and employers alike.

A Union Beach, NJ resident, Oli recharges by walking her two dogs along the Bayshore with her husband and daughter, or by getting lost in a good book. She lives by Maya Angelou’s reminder that “Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away,” a mindset that keeps her service approach empathetic, calm, and client focused.

Vincenzo DiMaio

Operations Associate

Vincenzo DiMaio is an Operations Associate at Alliance Benefit Solutions, joining the Red Bank team in June 2024. In this role he keeps the back-office engine humming-coordinating enrollments, reconciling bills, and troubleshooting claims so clients (and ABS’s senior consultants) can stay laser-focused on strategy.

A graduate of Monmouth University with a B.S. in Business, Vincenzo pairs formal training with front-line customer-service chops gained during two years at Lowe’s.

Before finishing his degree, he spent a season as an offensive lineman for Assumption University’s football program-an experience that sharpened his teamwork, grit, and attention to detail.  Those skills now translate into meticulous renewal checklists, carrier-portal mastery, and a calm, solutions-first mindset when deadlines loom.

Raised in Long Branch, NJ, Vincenzo still gravitates to the Jersey Shore for beach days with family and friends. When he’s off the clock you’ll likely find him firing up a competitive video-gaming session, playing the guitar, or watching classic movies.

Patricia “Patsy” Lennon

Operations Associate

Patricia “Patsy” Lennon is an Operations Associate at Alliance Benefit Solutions, working out of the firm’s Red Bank headquarters. Joining the team in 2024, she partners with employers to keep day-to-day benefit operations running smoothly—coordinating new-hire enrollments, processing mid-year changes, and resolving carrier issues before they reach the HR inbox. Clients value her attentive follow-through and the upbeat energy she brings to every interaction.

A recent graduate of Rutgers Business School (B.S. Business Management, 2024), Patricia pairs fresh academic training in client relations with on-the-ground customer-service know-how from prior roles in retail and hospitality. That blend of textbook knowledge and real-world experience helps her translate insurance jargon into clear, actionable guidance for employees and HR teams alike. Although early in her benefits career, she is already known at ABS for identifying workflow gaps and employer issues.

Born and raised in Middletown, NJ, Patricia recharges by catching live sporting events, experimenting with new recipes, and keeping fit at the gym. Her favorite downtime ritual is a long walk with her dog along the Bayshore. Whether at the ballpark or behind the scenes at ABS, she’s passionate about making the complex world of benefits feel simple and stress-free for the people she serves.
